On August 21st, the Working Conference of TSINGSHAN’s Board of Directors for the First Half of 2017 was held at the headquarters building of TSINGSHAN. The building was officially put into use on the same day. More than 100 people attended the meeting, including relevant executives of TSINGSHAN’s board of directors and the leaders of its various groups and subsidiaries.
It was pointed out at the conference that, in the first half of the year, the production and sales targets of TSINGSHAN enterprises were achieved rapidly and the team also expanded. To meet the needs of development of TSINGSHAN enterprises, TSINGSHAN’s board of directors has successfully made the largest and most extensive adjustments in recent years to the management functions and organizational settings of TSINGSHAN enterprises. The gain of every achievement has embodied the hard work and unremitting efforts of the leaders and the staff of TSINGSHAN. This conference not only aimed to review the achievements of TSINGSHAN enterprises in the past six months, but also to summarize the experience and to find the shortcomings, thus laying a foundation for better development in the future.
XIANG Guangda, the Chairman of TSINGSHAN’s board of directors, made an important speech at the conference. He said that TSINGSHAN returned to Wenzhou from Shanghai for starting a new undertaking. Through these years of continuous efforts, TSINGSHAN have gradually realized the transformation from immature management to relatively mature management today, as well as the transformation from the annual sales about RMB 8.5 million to today’s breakthrough of RMB 100 billion. These facts have proved that the business path TSINGSHAN has adhered to for 18 years has been right. TSINGSHAN has also accumulated a lot of experience, which would certainly become a valuable asset to boost the future development of TSINGSHAN.
Chairman XIANG pointed out, “First of all, TSINGSHAN must has a sense of justice. Only with a sense of justice, we can attract more ambitious and promising young people with the same mind to join TSINGSHAN, and then help TSINGSHAN go further on the right path. Secondly, talent training should always be placed in an extremely important position and more young and passionate people should be assigned to important positions. Thirdly, we should always be modest in order to recognize our shortcomings and promote ourselves to keep learning and make greater progress. Fourthly, we should dare to be the first, and keep doing the right thing that the others dare not .”
At the conference, XIANG also shared the future development direction: the talent cultivating mechanism and corporate culture of TSINGSHAN. Major leaders of the groups and subsidiaries respectively reported their work achievements and work experiences in the first half of the year.
